2017 SOCCER REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Torresdale Soccer registrations for 2017 will be held:
Thursday’s (May 4th, 11th, 18th, 26th) from 7 PM – 9 PM,
Friday’s (May 12th and May 19th) 6:00 – 9:00 at concession stand in back of parking lot.
Saturday’s (May 13th and 20th,) from 11 AM – 1 PM.
The objective of Torresdale Soccer is to provide a positive environment for children of all ages to learn a sport they enjoy.
All coaches are volunteers and are here to help the children grow as players and instill values such as team work and sportsmanship in the children on the team.
Registration fees for the 2017 fall travel program are $140 for your first child,
The fee for a second child who resides in the same household is $95. For three or more children in the same household there is a family cap of $300.
Travel Soccer is for any child who becomes who has been born in 2010 or before.
It is to the discretion of the soccer director if tryouts will be held for age levels where the registrants exceed the maximum allowed on the roster that is set by the league. If there are enough registrants for two teams it will be the discretion of the director and coaches if there will be a tryout to determine the most competitive team.
Torresdale cannot guarantee a roster spot for any returning players who do not register in the scheduled dates.
Registrations will not be accepted beyond the scheduled registration dates unless there is a need to fill a roster.
Torresdale teams have the option of competing in the United Junior Soccer League (UJSL), Philadelphia Parks and Recreation League (PPR) and Inter-County Soccer League (ICSL).
Registration fees include a uniform. Uniforms are collected by the coach at the end of the fall season unless the player remains on a Torresdale roster that participates in an indoor soccer league and/or plays in tournaments for a Torresdale team.
Our intramural program fees are $75 and consist of two separate programs. Our Torresdale Tots program are three and four year old (born in 2013 and 2014), boys and girls alike, who play on a 25’ by 30’ field.
The Torresdale Little Kickers are age’s five and six year old, also boys and girls combined (born in 2011 and 2012), who play on a 27’ by 50’ field. Both of these leagues play their games on Saturday mornings and have a one-hour training session on a weeknight. The rules of play are five and a goalie with four by six nets.
The season begins after the Labor Day Holiday and ends the Saturday before Thanksgiving with a participation award ceremony in the gym.

Registration forms can be printed from our website home page and checks shall be made out to Torresdale B.C.. Cash is accepted at registration. Payment is required at time of registration. No credit or debit cards.
